SEO in 2009
Busby SEO Test must go on eventhough it is not easy to share my busy time. But there is interesting thing that make me want to post a new article today. It’s about Google’s Matt Cutts opinion. He talks about SEO in 2009. Here is some of WebProNews’ Mike McDonald and Matt Cutts interview.
About Ranking.
Matt Cutts said, “I’m not sure I would say ranking is dead but it’s not as important as it used to be. The fact is the smart SEOs are not just necessarily looking at the rankings. They are looking at conversion, they are looking at their server log. It’s great if you’re ranking for a phrase but unless that leads to sales that doesn’t help you very much.”
“The challenge is not to pay so much attention to ranking, pay attention to traffic, pay attention to conversions and keep building good content and don’t worry about ‘can I show people that I rank number one for my trophy phrase.”
I agree with his statement. But for now ranking is still the parameter to judge your site is good or not, especially for the Paid Review companies. They will look your site’s ranking first before give you order to do some reviews. In this Busby SEO Test I think ranking is still important.
Matt Cutts also shared his opinion about Universal Search In 2009, Metadata, Video File Format, Mobile, Competing with Black Hat SEO, and Subdomains.
You can read the full article that written by Mike Sachoff here. If there is Busby SEO Test again in 2009, I am sure webmasters will change their SEO techniques to win Busby SEO Test 2009.
Article Marketing Test
It is almost one month since I posted Ways to Get Traffic article. I described there one way of getting traffic is by using Article Marketing technique. I did Article Marketing test for almost one month. And here is the result of my Busby SEO Test blog checkpoints for keyword phrase Busby SEO Test:
Date Checkpoint #
Nov 3, 2008 207
Nov 9, 2008 184
Nov 11, 2008 171
Nov 20, 2008 100
Well, I think that is a good result of Article Marketing Test I did. In less than one month I can jump to Top 100 for keyword phrase Busby SEO Test. Besides my Busby SEO Test blog now is PR2. That’s very good!
Maybe you ask me “How can you do that?”. The answer is I use Article Submitter software. With this software I can send my own articles to Article Directories easier. I said “easier”, because I still need some additional efforts to publish my articles using Article Submitter software. But I like this software. It also helps my Busby SEO Test blog get PR2 in less than one month :).
Now I can try another technique to win Busby SEO Test. I will share with you what other techniques I use in this SEO contest, at least to get Top 10 in Busby SEO Test.
Be a Winner
After my previous posts ways to get traffic and busby seo test and dotcom secret, today I create a new post about the difference between The Winner and The Loser. Everyday we have conditions and situation that force us to choose: to be a Winner or a Loser. Sometime we don’t realize that we’ve become a Loser.
Here are the difference between The Winner and The Loser:
The Winner – is always a part of the answer.
The Loser – is always a part of the problem.
The Winner – always has a program.
The Loser – always has an excuse.
The Winner – says: “Let me help you do it”.
The Loser – says: “That’s not my job”.
The Winner – sees an answer for every problem.
The Loser – sees a problem for every answer.
The Winner – sees a green near every sand trap.
The Loser – sees two or three sand traps near every green.
The Winner – says: “It may be difficult, but it’s possible”.
The Loser – says: “It may be possible, but it’s too difficult”.
If you think like a Winner, you will act as a Winner. If you think like a Loser, you will act as a Loser.
So, what kind of attitude you want to choose? It’s all on your hands. My suggestion is: be a Winner!
